What about Quality & Safety?
HACCP controlled and registered with the FDA
3rd party audits conducted annually
Carbon dioxide levels, pasteurization and filtration monitored closely
Sanitation of bottling line, as well as finished product batches, are verified by microbial analysis
Product flavor levels controlled by software and verified intermittently through a sensorial analysis by technicians
Routine checks include carbonation levels, flavor levels, sensorial analysis, microbial analysis, fill weights, bottle torque, cap application angles and packaging application (labels, wrap, case prints etc.)
