Glass:

1.0 Liter glass packaged in 12 count corrugated case

12oz glass packaged in 24 count loose, clear overwrap, corrugated tray or 6/4 Pack (mead wrap), clear overwrap, corrugated tray

PET Plastic:

1.0 Liter P.E.T sleek bottle; clear packaged in 12 Count clear or print overwrap, corrugated tray

500mL P.E.T sleek bottle; clear packaged in 24 Count loose, clear overwrap, corrugated tray or 12 Count clear multi-pack

1.25 Liter P.E.T tapered bottle; clear packaged in 12 Count clear overwrap, corrugated tray

3rd party audits conducted annually

Carbon dioxide levels, pasteurization and filtration monitored closely

Sanitation of bottling line, as well as finished product batches, are verified by microbial analysis

Product flavor levels controlled by software and verified intermittently through a sensorial analysis by technicians

Routine checks include carbonation levels, flavor levels, sensorial analysis, microbial analysis, fill weights, bottle torque, cap application angles and packaging application (labels, wrap, case prints etc.)
