Chief Executive Officer
Yasumasa (Yasu) is responsible for leading Crystal Geyser Water Company in a rapidly growing and highly competitive sector of the beverage industry. A 20 year veteran of the food and beverage industry, Yasu is helping the company to reach its full production and profit potential. Prior to his current role, Yasu served 4 years on the Board of Directors for Crystal Geyser and is familiar with all facets of operations. He brings a strong background in new product development in the United States with Wild Veggie, a company he started in Florida and expanded to CA through many retailers including Whole Foods. Yasu’s experience in research and development along with global business development are critical to positioning Crystal Geyser for the future.
Yasu holds Masters Degrees in Food Science and Business Administration.
Yasu enjoys golfing, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
Vice President of Finance
Kevin is responsible for establishing and upholding strong financial management for the company. Kevin joined the company in 2013, with a 20 year background in financial management. He manages a strong team dedicated to effective strategies and achieving results.
Kevin has a degree in Business Administration from Lakehead University in Ontario, Canada.
Kevin enjoys travel and spending time with family and friends.
Vice President of Sales
Rob is responsible for the ultimate connection to our consumer – making sure our products are available on the shelves. Rob leads a successful sales team for the company, dedicated to growing profits and increasing market share. Rob came to us with rich experience and knowledge of the beverage industry. In his 13 years with Crystal Geyser, Rob has held multiple sales leadership positions and has been integral to the growth of our company in the Sparkling Water beverage sector.
Rob holds degrees in Business Administration and Behavioral Science from American Century University.
Rob’s best times outside of work are spent with his first grandchild and family, traveling, and attending sporting events.
Vice President of Operations
Josh is responsible for the overall business growth for Crystal Geyser. We welcomed Josh to the Crystal Geyser team in 2018. He has a passion for people and believes they are our company’s number one resource. He applies this passion by helping employees to develop leadership skills through guided experience. Josh has a strong background in beverage manufacturing operations, quality control, and distribution.
Josh holds a BS in Microbiology from Brigham Young University, Six Sigma Black Belt, SQF and FSSC22000 Lead Auditor certified, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certified, Food Defense, HACCP, Root Cause Analysis, Servant Leadership, ISO 14000
Josh lives in the Central Valley with his wife and children. All avid Star Wars fans, they are likely to be seen at the premieres wearing matching shirts. Annual trips to Yellowstone are a family favorite along with playing games, usually involving a ball, no boundaries, and lots of laughter.
Vice President of Human Resources
Janice is responsible for our company’s most important asset – our people. Energetic and always positive, Janice is a 27 year veteran of Crystal Geyser Water Company. Starting in payroll, Janice has worked her way to the Director position through commitment and continuous pursuit of excellence. Janice leads all departments in supporting our employees through personal and professional development. Known as the company’s cheerleader, Janice is passionate about all aspects of our business.
In her spare time, Janice can be found spending quality time with family and friends and chasing her dog Oso.
